Founded twenty years ago by Bamar Sylla, a seasoned banker, and El Hadj Amadou Ndiaye, a construction expert. Lumière Prestations Group has gradually developed into a multi-sector company now operating in Senegal, Côte d’Ivoire and Gambia. The group employs more than fifty staff and operates in the fields of construction (BTP), digital and financial consulting.
Based in Dakar, on the VDN Bande Verte, the company is registered as a limited liability company (SARL) and also has a representation in France. It operates in a regional environment marked by the diversification of economic players and the growing needs for infrastructure, digital services and financial support.
An activity structured around construction (BTP)
The building and public works sector constitutes the historic core of the group’s activity. Lumière Prestations Group has carried out several projects in West Africa, including residences, industrial infrastructure, an agro-logistics center in Gambia, and a police station as well as housing in Côte d’Ivoire.
In June 2024, the group obtained a contract with the World Bank in Gambia. This project concerns the construction of warehouses and service stations in Wassu, as part of the GIRAV program. Gambian authorities have followed the progress of the works on site.
The development of the digital division
The group has gradually expanded its activities into the digital sector through a division dedicated to digital transformation. This division supports companies and institutions in the development of web and mobile solutions, the implementation of management systems (ERP, CRM) and the integration of technological solutions.
It also offers training in digital marketing, search engine optimization and content strategy, intended for professionals and companies in the region.
Financial consulting as a third pillar
Lumière Prestations Group also operates in financial consulting for companies and organizations. Its services notably cover auditing, investment consulting, the development of business plans and the optimization of financial management within the regulatory framework of UEMOA.
Institutional and private clients
The group works with several public and private structures, including the World Bank, the Blaise Diagne International Airport, the Senegalese Customs and the Gambian Ministry of Agriculture. Development prospects The company states that it intends to continue its expansion in West Africa. Its priorities concern strengthening the integration between its different divisions, the development of training, geographic expansion and the adoption of technologies such as BIM, artificial intelligence and fintech tools. The group also mentions the development of international partnerships.
Twenty years after its creation, Lumière Prestations Group continues its development in a changing regional context, marked by the growth of needs in infrastructure, digital services and business support.
